Substitutions of flowers or containers may occasionally be necessary
because of availability and market conditions. Substitutions will
always be of same or higher value, at no additional cost to you.
Unless instructed otherwise, we occasionally make substitutions to
ensure on-time delivery of your order; this may occur if one or more
items is not immediately available to make up your order, especially
if it appears that your order may be time sensitive. A few examples
are birthday, anniversary, new baby, funeral, etc.
