  • Review & Evaluate source documents regarding levels of technicality, exact prices & turn-around time

• Official Agreement:

  • Proposing quote to client

  • Signing a Translation Agreement

  2- Completing the actual translation

• Assigning tasks:

  • Assigning tasks & responsibilities to various team members (translators, editors)

• Resource & References:

  • Research and integration of technical glossaries and terminology databases

• Translation:

  • Translation by one or more assigned translators

  • Preparing documents in electronic format

• Proof-reading:

  • Consistent terminology free of grammatical errors, reflecting grammar rules & common usage in the target language & market.

• Post-Editing:

  • Checking of layout, fonts used in output, typesetting

• Translation Delivery:

  • Output delivered to client for review & feedback.

  3- Post-Assignment Procedures

• Review & feedback

  • Interactive amendments made on the basis of client feedback

  • Feedback added to client file for use in future assignments.
