BOOKING AND GENERAL CONDITION.

CONFIRMATIONS:
Confirmations are generally made within 24 hours of booking by return E-mail or fax. where Immediate confirmation is not possible we will inform you of the status of the booking.

RATE/ VALIDITY/ INCLUSIONS:
All rates are quoted net to Travel Agents in US$ Dollars and are valid from 2006 until complete information.
However, they are subject to change. Advance notice will be provided when changes occur.
Discount rates for accommodation can sometimes be negotiated during the low season (April-September).

CHILD POLICY:

For children between 2 and 12 years old, the following price policy applies:
-Child under 0-2 years old discount 10% of adult price
-Child under 02-12 years old discount 50% of adult price.

PAYMENT:

A payment should be deposit of 30% of the tours price per person is required upon your booking is confirmed.
For prepayment by bank remittance or bank draft or by a certified bank check must be received at least one weeks before commencement of services. When the deposit is received it is understood that your have read, understood and accepted all our term and Conditions. The remaining balance must be paid by cash upon arrival, For payment required to transfer to in Bank and our bank account as below:

CANCELLATIONS:  

For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged. The hotel generally have a 21st days notice of cancellation policy, But if 

-Cancellation 7days prior to arrival date is charge at 50%.

-Cancellation less than 15days prior to arrival date will cost of the first day of any package tour.

LIABILITY (Our responsibility):  

Angkor Sun Shine Tours acts as and intermediary between the concerned airlines, transport Operators and local tourist offices providing services. Angkor Sun Shine Tour do not accept Liability in contract or in tort (Actionable wrong) for any accident, injuries, loss or damages Sustained by guests. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, natural disasters, fire, floods, Unusual climate conditions, act of Gods, political actions, change of schedules or other Irregularities arising from circumstances beyond of our control must be born by the guests.
