General Conditions

Tour Prices include:

Tour prices include accommodation based on twin sharing, ground transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers from/to int’l airport, hotel, entrance fees, meals as mentioned in itinerary and guides.

Not Included Tour Package Prices:

Airfare from your own hometown to your gateway city, costs of passports and visa, personal expenses, insurance, drinks, laundry, room services and meals not specified in itinerary, excess luggage fees, communication charges, domestic and international departure taxes, guide or driver tips.

Pre-Departure

After booking your tour, you will receive a pre-departure mailing that includes a detail of itineraries.

Confirmation:

All reservation requests will be replied within 48 hours prior with or without confirmation from the hoteliers or all kind of means of transportation.

Reservation and Payments:

Payment Schedule: Full payment requires after booking confirmed. The payment may be made by transfer.

Cancellation:
For cancellation of confirmed arrangement, the payment of cancellation fee shall be charged as follow:

- Package Tour
  1. Before 30 days - 10% from tour fare
  2. Between 30 days - 25% from tour fare
  3. Between 15 days - 50% from tour fare
  4. Less than 3 days - 75% from tour fare
  5. No show - 100% charge

- Hotel Reservations
One night of the total number of rooms reserved shall be charged.

- Air ticket, Express boat, Express Bus ticket or other types of transportation means: 30% from the ticket prices

Please note that we will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package. If for any reason we cancel your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you made to us.

Reservation Changes:

We will not charge you for any changes made to your reservation outside of 30 days before departure. Within 30 days, should there be any change to your departure city, departure date, or optional pre or post-tour extension that result in fees or penalties imposed by third parties, those charges will be passed along to you. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you change the date of you tour and subsequently cancel, cancellation penalties will be based upon your original tour departure date.

Health & Immigration:

You should familiarize yourself with any health and visa requirements. Though information will be mailed in the pre-departure package, you are responsible for all exits, entries, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.

Comply with immigration regulation of Cambodia i.e. a valid at least 6 months and a visa are required. Please have ready passport sized photos for any applicable arrival visa application or either you can apply with Cambodian embassy or consulate in oversea countries.

Responsibility:

The liability of our agent is strictly limited. In no event will our travel agent liable for amounts in excess of the amount payable to it in accordance to the terms hereunder, nor will it be liable for any consequential indirect or incidental damages arising from this agreement.

As such transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other related services from independent suppliers or not under our control. We serve only as agents for these suppliers in securing tour arrangements and therefore will not accept the responsibility or liability of wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives, our agent is not liable for injury damage, loss accident or delay that may be caused by events not within our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, coup d’état, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, or negligence of default of any third party. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and conditions specified by the independent suppliers.

Our agent reserves the right to correct errors in brochure pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, declines to accept a reservation or remove a person from a tour if it is determined by tour director to be in the best interest of the health, safety and well being of the other travelers. We will make every effort to operate our tours as planned but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes as necessary. If unforeseen circumstances require us to change hotel, we will select alternative accommodation of the same or better quality.

All the prices are subject to change without notice.

The foregoing terms and conditions and all respects of the relationship between us and you shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any litigation involving your tour shall be brought only to the courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
