  Ingredients:

 
  • Beef
  • Lemon grass stalk
  • Rumdang (kind of ginger)
  • Turmeric
  • Peel of kaffir lime
  • Shallot
  • Garlic
  • Small eggplant (kind of eggplant)
  • Salt
  • Kapi
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • Seasoning
  • Coconut cream
  • Kaffir lime leaf
  •  


      Preparation:

    1. Slice beef and small.

    2. Using mortal and pestles to pounded stalk lemongrass, red chili, rumdang (kind of ginger), Turmeric, peel of small sour orange, shallot, garlic, salt powder and put kapi (little bit), small eggplant carve to two pieces soak in water, slice kaffir lime leaf (small).

    3. When saucepan hot, put first coconut cream to decoct become thick and put kreoung, pour fish sauce, sugar, seasoning, stir together after put second coconut cream, small eggplant and beef.

    4. Immediately, taste and serve with steamed rice.
