4. Where will my document be kept, and level of its confidentiality?
All of received documents from clients are treated with utmost confidentiality, and the documents are only used by assigned Translators. No parts of the documents are reproduced, copied or distributed to any third parties. We undertake to respect all of our clients' confidential documents with good faith. If and when special precautionary measures are required, please kindly inform us.
5. How do I get a translation quote?
You can submit documents to be translated to us via filling out Quotation Form or send to us by email so that we can confirm you the exact date of delivery and price of translation. For general translation price, please refer to the Price List page.

7. Do you have an Agreement of Translation?
Every translation case always has an agreement. Please check our Translation Agreement.
8. Can I check and review a few pages of translated docs before proceed further?
No, we don't support such service except your documents exceed 40 pages.
9. Do you provide statement of work during translation process?
Normally we don't provide any statements regarding to how much the work have been done. If you want to know every steps of translation, please inform us when submitting documents.
10. How do you deliver the translated documents to clients?
In general projects, we deliver translated documents to clients by fast-delivered way, electronic mail in various requested format (doc, xls, pdf, ppt, txt, rtf, jpg, ...)
11. What Cambodian fonts will you use in translated documents?
We use popular Cambodian fonts, Limon fonts for PC and ABC fonts for Macintosh. If they don't exist in your computer system, you shall install them manually. The used fonts will be sent together with translated documents.
12. What can you help me if I have problem with printing job?
Usually, we don't encounter any problems relevant to printing, but if you can't print the translated documents properly, you can ask us for help.

14. Will you expand the service by supporting other languages?
At present, we support popular languages used in Cambodia as you'll see on the Price List. Other languages will be supported in future in response to demand of clients.
15. Do you provide interpretation service?
Yes, we support interpretation service to answer client's need. Currently, our interpretation service is limited to some assignments. If you have any enquiries relevant to interpretation service, please contact us.
16. What are your payment methods?
We accept payment by credit card (transaction through PayPal.com) and also receive payment through bank account.
