INVOICES INCLUDING "PROJECT NUMBER" SHALL BE FAXED OR SENT BY
EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER AND WHEN SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, THE
CUSTOMER SHALL PAY VIA PAYPAL OR BANK ACCOUNT TO "PENG HENG LAO"
FOR THE AMOUNT OF 50% OF ABOVE AGREED RATE.
The translation process by GoCambodia starts after signing
this contract and receiving complete payment from customers in
the amount as specified in Translation Contract hereto. All
customers further agree that all document provided to GoCambodia
is complete, typo-free, accurate and adheres to industry
standards, and the document hereto shall not infringe upon or
violate the rights of any third parties or violate any laws.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Customer and GoCambodia acknowledge
and agree that during and after the course of performing
services hereto, they will receive privileged information and
that such information must remain confidential. Customer also
agree that any questions related to the project will be directed
to GoCambodia's Project Manager, and never directly to
translators or other identities.
The contract hereto contains the entire understanding of the
parties (Customer and GoCambodia) and may not be amended without
the specific written consent of both parties. Any notices given
under this contract shall be sufficient if it is in writing and
if sent by certified or registered mail.
By signing the Translation Contract hereto in printed or
electronic format, Customer and GoCambodia understand and agree
that they are responsible for any responsibilities and tasks as
described in the contract and take charge in front of relevant
laws.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GoCambodia and Customer have duly
executed this contract as of the day and year first above
written.
